Training session 5 – Social housing legal requirements

This session outlines the key areas of the law that Registered Providers need to ensure they are compliant with, and also the records that they should maintain; it does not seek to provide detailed legal advice.
This session will cover:
- the areas of law that social housing providers need to be compliant with
- what records need to be kept
- how complaints are handled
- confidentiality
Session is open to all social housing residents. Tea and cakes will be the provided and there’ll be lots of opportunity to network and share experiences.
A support person is welcome to attend the training with you if needed. Please just let us know via email when you receive the confirmation.

Abraham has a significant experience in the housing field having worked as a Housing Director and Senior Manager in a number of housing organisations including, a large BME Housing Association, Local Authorities and ALMOs for over 20 years.
