Noise nuisance

July 31 @ 14:3016:00

Virtual Event

As part of our ongoing webinar series supporting social housing residents, this session focuses on understanding and addressing noise nuisance.

In this webinar, we’ll explore:

  • The different types of noise nuisance and how they are classified
  • What your landlord’s responsibilities are and the tools they should be using to resolve noise complaints
  • When landlords should take action directly and when they should be working with external partners like environmental health teams or the police

Well be joined by Victoria King from the Housing Ombudsman, who will share real examples of how landlords are handling noise complaints. She’ll highlight what good practice looks like and answer your questions about the Ombudsman’s role in supporting residents.

There will be plenty of time for questions, discussion, and for you to share your own experiences.

Closed captions will be enabled for accessibility.
