How are landlords performing? Insights from the second year of Tenant Satisfaction Measures

This free online session is for social housing residents and tenant groups who want to better understand the Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSMs) — and what the latest results tell us about how landlords are performing.

The TSMs are a set of measures introduced by the Regulator of Social Housing to assess how well landlords are delivering key services. Every year, landlords must report on tenant satisfaction and performance in areas such as repairs, safety, communication, and complaints handling. The aim is to make sure residents’ voices are heard — and that landlords are held accountable.

In this evening session, we’ll show a presentation from the Regulator of Social Housing about the key national findings from the second year of TSM collection data.

We’ll then show you how you can access and understand your own landlord’s results and discuss how to you can the TSM data to ask questions, challenge poor performance and influence positive change in your homes and communities
